Default Flash Voyager GTR not working

Hi,

I bought a Flash Voyager GTR 64GB on March 29th 2011 and it's stopped working.
When inserted, the access light continually flashes and it's detected as a Removeable Disk in Windows Explorer but when I click on it, it says "Please insert a disk into Removeable Disk".
I've tried it in several machines (both Windows 7 and XP) and it still says the same.
If I try to format it, it says there's no disk in drive E:

I'm in the UK and my supplier only offers a 28 day RTB. Is there a UK RMA for Corsair?

Try using diskpart or a 3rd party tool to format the drive.

Start Menu>CMD>Diskpart>list disk>select disk X (X is the Flash Voyager GTR)>clean all>exit>exit.

Try create a partition now.

If that fails then please use the link on the left and request an RMA and we can replace it.

The same happens using diskpart and also GParted
I'll have to request an RMA.

Hi again......

I received a new one last week and this one has also broken :-(
It started off fine, then it started randomly dismounting and remounting, then it needed to be removed and re-inserted to be recognised and now, it won't detect at all.
I've tried DiskParted and it's not recognised (tried it on 3 PC's).

Can I RMA this one too please?

Also, it cost me £8 to send the last one back which I was ok about. Am I supposed to keep forking out cash every time one fails?

Yes and I am sorry that happened but please contact our customer service with your previous RMA number and they will take care of the shipping and get you a new drive at our expense.
