Sad Carbide 400R front panel usb working improperly

Just 2-3 days ago, the front panel usb ports were working fine. Then suddenly, one usb port became unresponsive. The other one detected only a single pendrive, other usb devices like USB modem weren't detected. All the drivers are installed properly and backpanel ports are working fine.
1. Can I get a replacement for the front panel from corsair ?
2. Any way to solve the problem on my own ?
3. Please give some steps for removing the front panel.

1. Yes, Request an RMA.
2. If the USB ports were working fine 2-3 days ago and now they don't work, I'd check the connections at the front panel and the motherboard.
3. Remove the front cover and you should be able to access the screws that hold the front panel connectors.

I found out the problem in ports. Out of the 4-pins in the port, one pin is badly bent and thus no usb device is being detected. Can you please tell me that whether it'll be covered in warranty or not ? If yes, then also tell that what would I need to do to get it replaced. Will I need to ship the current front panel to the vendor ?

Thanks. I didn't know the pins could get bent, if I ever run into this problem, I will check for bent pins. If possible can you take a picture of these bent pins as a png or jpg and post it as well.

I'm having the same problem. Matter of fact, I'll have to RMA it a second time. Not too happy with the build quality on this one. :(

I guess you can, Request an RMA and see if they can replace the 400R front panel connectors. It sounds like it may have already been bent.

Contact Customer Service and tell them your replacement is faulty.
