What is the adjustable RPM range for the SP120 fan using the Corsair Link?

What is the adjustable RPM range for the SP120 High Performance Edition fan using the Corsair Link? Assuming the fans are connected to the Corsair Link Cooling Node. Also, is the software capable of stopping the fan all together?

The fan will spin at the minimum of the fan and you cannot stop the fans. And currently the low speed information is not available, sorry!
