H80/H100 pump only power consumption

How much power does the H80/H100 pump consume?

I want to power my H80 pump directly off the motherboard CPU fan connector and the manual says the maximum supplied current is 1A (12W) and I just want to make sure the power does not go above the motherboard header limit.
