HX1050W buzz coming from it

hi there i just bought a hx 1050 the system is running stable im running cosshair 4 formula phenom x6 1090t and a power colour 6970. No overclocks and there is an annoying buss/Cracking coming from the psu the system is running fine i have done all the checks that the ram guys posted but is this normal it is buzzing/Crackling the second i press the power button on its only 3 days only the psu.

No that is not normal, is it coming from the cable or from inside the PSU?

Inside the psu i have rma it to ebuyer the seller from whitch i got it in the uk and they have confirmed that it is faulty and sending a replacement
