Default Tick Tock.....

Its now been 39 days since my initial e-mail to Ram Guy for the bracket and nearly two months since receiving my H50 in the post, and still no bracket. They've even stopped responding to my mails, i'm still clueless as to whether my brackets has even been shipped... Oh well i guess i'll just keep on waiting. Tick Tock.......

rmaservice@corsairmemory.com has not been returned my last two e-mails, furthermore I'm not going to waste more time and money on international phone calls in the hope of finding some form of customer service.

Corsair is disrespecting their customers and here is why:

* more than a month ago I ordered this watercooling set. I checked their website to see if it was compatible with s1156, and it was
* but there wasnt a bracket in the package
* mailed ramguy and after nearly one month I got an email stating that they received my order. Two mails of mine after that were never answered by the RMA department
* I ordered a bracket from their shop yesterday, and GUESS WHAT? I JUST RECEIVED A SHIPPINGNOTE! Is it just that you want to pay us $ 5 for a bracket that allready should have been in the packet?

This wasn't the first time, but it sure is the last time I've ever bought a Corsair product!

Contact customer service directly. If your unit is one of the units which is supposed to have the 1156 bracket we'll send it to you. Your case is not the same as customers who bought the H50 model that does not include the bracket.

Default Finally got mine

Well, it took a long, long time to get mine but I finally got it. It works great. Installation was very easy. Now the i5 is running at 3.2 GHz with temps of ~25 idle and ~55 fully loaded. It's a mild overclock but works great.

Thanks Corsair.
Rick

Got my bracket after what seems like an eternity, nice to know these are freely available now though through the store.

Had to trim it down a bit for my GD65 MSI board, no massive issue at all. Pleased with the temperatures
