USB 3.0 Mod / Front Pannel Swap

I'm looking at getting a 800D in the near future, once newegg gets more stock that is, and I was just wondering if there were any plans in the works for an updated front panel now that USB 3.0 is coming out?

Is the front panel removable? It almost looks like it is installed like another optical drive from the pictures I've seen. I know that most people will never use USB 3.0 or eSATA, which is also missing from the panel, but this is an enthusiast case. If there isn't a Corsair made solution like an updated front panel you can buy and swap I'm thinking of modding one of the USB headers and its two ports to get two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, once motherboards start shipping with the 3.0 controllers and headers of course.

USB 3.0 may be postponed to 2011 so I wouldn't worry very much

I don't know about that, hardware like external hard drives and motherboards is already out. Mainstream 2011, but enthusiasts probably mid-2010, all depends on when more high end boards start coming out.
