Question bad CM2X2048-6400C5

Hello,

I have 2 sets of XMS2 memory (each 4 Gb, so 8 Gb in total). Lately I started getting weird issues in Windows (reboot, blue screens) so I started testing.

One is faulty (lots of errors in memtest86+ v4.00). The other 3 are fine. I tested each single item in my PC with default settings in BIOS.

Please let me know what the next step is to start the RMA procedure?

Thanks a lot.

And you will want to get the set replaced that has the bad module so they are both matched TWIN2X4096-6400C5 and send both modules.
