my m60 died

Hi there i have a m60 mouse that i love, it died over the weekend wont power on windows doesn't even see it plugged in. i sent a rma request in got a confirmation with a case number what is the next step will i get another email later or what? just wondering how long it might take to hear back thanks

If you have had it less than 30 day you can ask the reseller to replace it; other wise please use the link on the left and request an RMA and you can contact our customer service once you get the RMA conformation and see if they can do anything to speed things up.
