To my knowledge the 570X doesn't list 280 mm radiator compatibility for the top.

Unfortunately the I/O Panel cover was never made as a spare part. The drive bay cover however was and has part# CC-8930147 for black and CC-8930148 for white.

You'll have to install the radiator on the inside of the case while the fans will then be placed directly underneath the front panel.
