Yeah, that doesn't look right at all. Corsair does have a 5 year warranty on it's coolers; they would replace it for you.

Your best bet is to go down the RMA route. To get your system running...

Try putting the strips on the first port. Do they work there? In most cases, you'll still be able to configure the fans on the 2nd port...

That sounds like you are looking at the coolant temperature rather than the CPU temperature.

You'll only see the CPU temperature on the Dashboard.

Also, the drivers are included with iCue under the install folder. It's called "Driver".

As for your issues, they were likely resolvable with some configuration but hey...

Did you configure the lighting channels? The RGB stuff isn't just "detected" - you have to specify what's on the channel. That's in the "Lighting Setup" tab.

The 4 pin, however, uses 12V analog ... you'd need a digital-to-analog converter for that (DAC).
