I'm assuming iCUE does not see your device at all, so can you try fully uninstalling iCUE and then reinstall?

It may be an issue with the update and not something on your end. The mouse should be fully functional for you on that 1.04 firmware as that's been out for over a year.

From the looks of it, they use a unique controller to manage the lighting on the case, so I would believe iCUE can not control that case lighting.
