Unfortunately, there really is no way to do that in the tool. You might be able to manually merge the XML files (the profiles are really XML) but that's not for the faint-of-heart .... and bad things...

IIRC, you can save the fan settings to the pump but not the RGB. You do have to specifically do that in iCUE - it's under the "hamburger menu" when you have the cooler selected.
