I don't think so. We only support iCUE as that is our software. If they added support on their end then you might have to ask someone from MSI.

Try a different USB port on a different stack. If you don't have disconnection issues when iCUE is closed it might be a bandwidth issue with the usb port.

Sorry to hear about the issue with the miss clicks. I recommend making a support ticket with us so we can replace the unit under warranty as it sounds like a failing switch unfortunately.
