There's not really any more problems than with any other newer chipset board. I've got the P8P67 Deluxe and even after all of the bios updates, intel recall, etc, I still think it is a great board...

To use RAM over 1333 mHZ, you just need to go in and manually set it to use the XMP profile. Really easy to do.

Personally, I would reverse the top h100 fans and set the rear fan to exhaust. You're not going to increase the temps inside the case with that rear fan sucking the air from the rad out so quickly....

Most temp monitors can be inaccurate. It's not unusual to have sudden temperature spikes. My Asus temp monitoring software is exactly 10C off on the cpu all the time, but the mobo temp is accurate....

Correct, you don't have to screw the 3.5" drives onto the tray. The screw holes are mainly for 2.5" drives. I only have my SSD screwed into the tray. My two 3.5" drives are not.

I hate to tell you, but you are wrong on this one...look at the cover over the fan on the hot swap bays....last time I looked, the 400 didn't have that. Also notice how much room is above the MOBO...

I would run it as intake. I have the 600t and there is not a lot of intake from the front 200mm fan. This will result in lower temps on the cpu and a quick vent of the air through the top exhaust...
