  1. This is good since I am already on 2 RMAs for this specific problem and 1 RMA for another problem.
  2. Actually the mouse starting to behave abnormally again. The fix I do which is to install the latest then revert back normalizes it for a day or so.
  3. Seems to be occurring again even with the old firmware. To temporarily resolve it again I have to update to the latest firmware (which gives phantom double-clicks more often and reload the old firmware again). UPDATE: actually even with the process it is still doing random double clicks with the old firnware. I am using on wired mode FYI. UPDATE: just to eliminate the possibility, I have removed the dongle from my PC as well and it's still doing the phantom double-clicks. @Corsair Should I get another RMA? This would be the 4th one now I think.
  4. I got the firmware and it works most of the time, I still get the occassional double click issue. I reached out with support and they have indicated that they handle replacements. Should I request another one? Since I am getting another issue with the mouse not registering in ICUE properly until I reboot. (Note the mouse still functions though). I am wondering if it is because I am using the older firmware. Is there anyone with the mouse that is using it with the current firmware with no issues?
  5. I am getting some problematic behaviour with iCUE and Ironclaw in that it appears to show this on the screen (but the mouse is still behaving normally) Should I work on a getting a replacement again? I already have the double click issue. And I am unable to use the latest firmware. Ticket #2001345040 technician says that he can only handle replacements rather than technical support for the product.
  6. I have a Void Pro with 0.15 firmware and the latest iCUE. I am listening to a YouTube video and it starts triggering the shutdown, I can stop it by flipping the mic boom down and up. But it is sort of weird that it is doing it. I am thinking it may be because I have it set to Spatial Audio.
  7. I didn't really spend the money for the surround sound, I wasn't expecting much. But I used the Windows Spatial Surround. But I can't really tell much even with the Dolby Atmos and DTS Unbound samples. However, I never really trusted those software-based surround systems I prefer to have the physical speakers.
  8. Support has provided me the older version of the firmware which I can apply into the current version of iCUE which has the errant firmware. Going to test it out for a bit, but so far so good. I have asked Corsair support if they can post the file into the forums so others can benefit. UPDATE: The support staff says they are not able to put it in.
  9. Just an FYI I opened ticket# 2001345040 14 days ago, but I still haven't gotten a response yet.
  10. How do you replace the switches? Maybe I can do the same with the Ironclaw?
  11. If you are able to refund it, do so. If you follow this forum, there's been multitudes of issues with firmware and at least for the Ironclaw some poorly engineered parts that break easily including the scroll wheel locking and the button switches triggering phantom clicks which may be a hardware or firmware issue.
  12. You can try to downgrade your firmware, I had downgrade mine to prevent the phantom mouse button issue. I am still waiting for support's response on this one.
  13. Odd I had this problem a long while back. It should be fixed with the current firmware and iCUE. FWIW, I remapped my DPI up and Down to Scroll up and Down.
  14. Just found out it also occurs at random intervals with the right mouse button as well. So it is not localized to left mouse button only.
