  1. I've done this, hoping to hear back today. I've also posted a review on Amazon related to the experience so far, intending to update further after this support process is resolved.
  2. Not sure about other users, but one of my last actions before it bombed out on me was to disable the lighting. @MicahelWabbit, any tips on how long it needs to sit unpowered and uncharged before it's battery gives out?
  3. I seem to have the same problem with my brand new void wireless.
