It's something that AMD changed in the base code...

It's something that AMD changed in the base code of the bios. Corsair knows the issue and is working on it.

iCue reads the SPD to detect the memory. The warning though was from the SMBus lockout not from it actively reading the memory. The SPD does not get written to with iCue.

Yes that kit is B-Die since thats the only IC that will run the 14-14-14-34 timings that kit is rated at. Kits higher than 3200 will normally only be B-Die

CPUz might be due to iCue accessing the SMBus. Corsair doesn't program serial numbers in the SPD. Post a dump of the SPD instead of just the screenshot from Thaiphoon burner.

The Corsair's don't write to the SPD EEPROM they write to an MCU instead. The reason G.Skill's modules had this issue was due to improperly designed PCB. They left a resistor off which led to it...
