Link is also End of Life. Use iCUE instead. iCUE should recognize all 18 cores.

For fan PWM control? Really, you can get any splitter available from Amazon or NewEgg. I don't think I've ever had an issue with them.

When you tried it alone, was it in fan hub port #1? If so, then yeah, likely a bad fan.

The best advice we can give you, at this time, is to set a solid color. :(
