H60 broken screws
 

While tightening my thumbscrews on the H60, the spacer/screw post I was screwing it into broke in half! I've seen other posts about people having parts break and bend as well, so I know it's not an isolated incident.

Now I have a useless cooler and need to get new parts. I've already filled out the support form, but despite the form saying someone would get back to me in 24 hours, it's been three days and I haven't heard from anyone.

Is anyone at Corsair reading these posts? Is there a better avenue to take? All I want is to get a few spare metal parts sent to me.

I am currently having the same issue. Had one of the screws snap as I was hand tightening it down. I've put in a tech support request, well, my second one, because I forgot to write down the case number from the first request. But I still haven't received an email about it or anything.
