TwinX for MSI 875P NEO

Hey, Can someone help we choose some TwinX for my Motherboard (MSI 875P-NEO). Ive decided on TwinX. And on 1 GIG (2x512) Ive been told to stay away from LL moduels as they are very hard to get stable. I've been recomended either: TwinX 1024 C2 3200 or TwinX 1024 C2 3200 Pro TO me they look very similar apart from the heatsinks and Activity LEDs (and ive seen the pro for cheaper). Can anyone please let me know of these do indeed work with the MSI 875P Neo Fis2r. And if so, what the differance is between the models. Had big problems getting getting ram to work in the last months so want to be sure. Cheers, Jak

Welcome to the forums, jakcam! Corsair reccommends the TwinX1024-3200C2 on this buyers guide for non-overclocking application. They also reccommend TwinX1024-3700 or TwinX1024-4000 for overclocking. The difference between XMS and PRO-Series memory is in the heat spreader. While they are both (including the PT/Platinum colored ones) aluminum, the PRO version has been engineered to have more surface area which would lend itself to better cooling. The PRO-Series also has, as you said, the activity LEDs which look great on a windowed case. Other than that, the XMS and PRO-Series memories are the same memory. PLUR CK
