File a complaint for RMA process

Who and where would I address concerns about how my experience has been so far? I had an issue with an H100i cooler but the process for the claim has been pain stakingly slow and redundant. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone who will take care of this. I've been asked to provide information I have already provided, but now I need to provide a part number and a lot number, without any instructions on how to even get these numbers.

The part number for an H100i is CW-9060009-WW. The lot code is on the sticker on the side of the radiator. It's basically that bar code.

 

What exactly is your ticket number? Perhaps I could take a look at it? You might also want to try getting into a chat with our customer service team. If you are having trouble setting up the ticket, they should be able to assist and help create one for you.
