T1 chair, broken need support
 

I bought This piece of ***** , broken after 2 weeks, now several months later i get replacement parts. How to remove the gas thing from bottom base? (Without voilence)

Cylinder = gas thing

Have been reading in forums now about corsairs RMA and how they handle things like this, cant say im really hopeful getting any help here either, have tried removed it with violence and it does not work, emailed my reseller that i want my money back so i can spend them on a diffrent brand.
my suggestions, choose other brand then corsair.

Hi Faken123, the gas cylinder is held in place via friction and downward force. You'll just need to pull it apart from the legs of the chair to separate it.
