  1. Just got my set of 4x8gb Dominator Platinum from Newegg. One of the LEDs is also not working. It does seem to be the red LED because any of the colors not connected to red work fine. "CMT32GX4M4C3600C18W" Am gonna let it run for a day and see if it fixes the problem but seeing as all of you guys are having the same problem, my hopes are not high. The Corsair RMA page also says to return it in original packaging but my package was a yellow envelope. Don't know how I'm gonna return that.
  2. Nah. we aren't getting a reply. we don't matter enough as consumers. Temps were again up to 38c on my coolant which is ridiculous.
  3. Am definitely not buying Corsair products again. Was planning on buying a new case, AIO and coolers but will avoid Corsair from now on. My uncle recommended corsair about 12 years ago and said they were a good company. Hate to break him the news as he was planning on upgrading too. Forgot to add that the 3.18.77 update has not fixed the problem as I just had it 30 seconds ago. Temp was frozen at 29.8C, restarted it and it jumped to 38C. Fans didn't speed up because the temp was frozen.
  4. Update 3.13.94 has still not fixed the issue. At this point, I will not be replacing my 2-year old Corsair h100i v2 with another Corsair AIO. I would like to know if anyone here knows of a better AIO brand.
  5. I have come to the conclusion after using the update for a few hours that the problem is indeed not fixed. Is there a way to complain to the BBB because if there is I am seriously thinking of doing it.
  6. I am downloading the update right now and will see over the course of a few hours of gameplay if I am still having this issue. I am sincerely hoping corsair has gotten their software engineers on the issue but I am a pessimist and highly doubt they have.
  7. Yeah, this is getting ridiculous. If Corsair is going to release software for their products, I expect them to be able to fix MAJOR problems with it within a reasonable timeframe. I turned off my PC last night and turned it on this morning. ICUE still had the temperature and fan speed readings from last night. It was still frozen after turning off my PC. I have a Corsair keyboard, mouse, case, and cooler. If these problems don't get fixed quickly, I'm going to assume Corsair doesn't give a rat's ***** about their customers and will be buying different products. Over six months without a fix and it's still going on. Pitiful honestly. Edit: Just looked in the ICUE forum and this post has 17k views with 170 replies. It has gotten this much attention from people looking on the internet for fixes but still can't seem to be fixed.
  8. I posted on the Corsair subreddit. Been having this problem, Hasn't been fixed with the 3.11.114 update. Pretty bad that this hasn't been fixed after 6 months. [ame] [/ame] (sorry don't know how to put the video in spoiler) Here is a video of my problem. If my CPU explodes because I can't see the coolant temperature I'm gonna be peeved.
  9. The same thing has been happening to me for a while. I have the h100i v2. Seeing how long this has been going on it's hard to believe that this is still an issue. It really sucks when I start a game with a low fan speed and the coolant heats up but that fans stay low. I get off the game forgetting to restart ICUE 3 times and the coolant temperature is like 37 degrees(which is high for me considering it usually sits between 30 and 33 degrees for a graphics intensive game).
