  1. It took me a few weeks but the local supplier finally changed my Elite for an M65 Pro and so far the problem hasn't resurfaced. I would certainly think twice about buying another M65 Corsair though.
  2. I dislike the hit and miss BIOS mode and now use a basic USB keyboard to enter the BIOS or even an old PS2 one. Saves a lot of messing about.
  3. I know this is an old post, but I'd like to know if you've had any issues with left click deterioration since you bought it @Apophis3 ? It's an issue with the M65 Elite.
  4. I've successfully submitted an RMA for the M65 Elite left click issue, but since I live in South America, I've been referred to an article/page that I can't access. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048374192-RMA-guidelines-for-non-Brazil-South-American-regions The RMA has been approved but since I can't read the article above it's impossible to know how to proceed.
  5. I mentioned in the other M65 Elite thread that mine seemed to have improved, but that's not the case as I still have to click two or three times for left click to register. I've now submitted an RMA and am waiting for the response.
  6. I forced the firmware update and it has improved left click for me, a problem that I noticed a few weeks ago and I've only had the mouse since June.
  7. I have the same problem after updating the BIOS on my Crosshair Hero VII to 2901 AGESA 1.0.0.3, but at least I now know that the blinking light is the scroll lock light. I didn't know what it was at first. The Windows lock key and F1 trick helped, but then I have to reinstall the USB driver for the kbd on every boot. My initial problem was not being able to get into the BIOS, which is pretty fundamental. Is there a fix for this?
  8. iCUE 3.15.95 beta has solved the disconnect problem for me. :)
  9. The beta version 3.15.95 appears to have solved the disconnect problem for me, so thanks for your help.
  10. Thanks. How do I get into the closed beta? Can't see it on the forum.
  11. But at least the irritation has gone until they find a fix. I've submitted my iCUE settings to Corsair anyway, to help with the fix, so now I can get on with other things.
  12. I changed the lighting effect on my H100i RGB Platinum to a static colour and the disconnect problem has now gone away, when starting Steam.
  13. Thanks, Mike I'll follow the instructions in the link you posted. Cheers
  14. You know that ding when a hardware change is detected by Windows? Like when you unplug/plug in a pendrive? I'm getting this now, when I start Steam and it affects my new Corsair H100i RGB Platinum, where the LEDs go off and on about six times during a few minutes whilst Steam is running. When I close Steam, the behaviour goes away. It's not affecting any H100i performance, but it's a nag I could do without. I never used to get this when using my older H100i V1.0. I'm running Windows 10 x64 and the latest Corsair Link. Any ideas?
