  1. Try searching the registry "Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products" for Data of "CORSAIR iCUE 4 Software" and that should bring you to the correct registry key "it'll be a folder with a name like "FE85A44492DF8554DBB84F38596764C3". Delete that folder and the icue folder in the install directory and then try to reinstall.
  2. Could the old Philips HUE integration be brought back as an option. if using non philips brand lights the current hue support will not detect them but the old one from 4.13 does still work. but 4.13 no longer works with stream deck so it's not possible to stay on the old version anymore.
  3. iCUE 4.24 Creates an issue with stutter while moving your mouse. Just tested and confirmed version 4.23 is safe and my recommended version unless you need one of the fixed in 4.24.
  4. Has this since been updated as the commander core XT seems to be able to specify individual fan types per port and they do seem to be very similar other than that difference?
  5. Is there a list of iCUE compatible MSI motherboards as there appears to be support for some but it does not say which ones anywhere I've seen
  6. With iCUE 4 I have noticed the DPI for my Nightsword RGB Switching from my default to a different DPI profile randomly upon switching profiles or restarting my system. It does not always occur but if you have more than one DPI profile it would appear that It can switch on it's own. EDIT: It would appear the DPI Mode does not always switch into the proper one for the profile when switching profiles either. Switching profiles appears to completely ignore the default option and use whatever dpi mode was last active in that profile unless the dpi window is open then it goes to the default one
  7. It might be able to be done. iCUE 4 seems to use individual DLLs to support each device while iCUE 3 used only a few to support all so it may be possible to create a DLL to support an older device under iCUE 4. But I do not know how it would be done since iCUE 3 had them all merged into one.
  8. The fans would be oriented as intake. But what I was trying to ask was specifically the rotation of the fans for the iCUE effects. You could have the fans oriented so that the logo is facing towards the glass so they would be horizontal I guess for iCUE or you could put then logo facing towards the rear so the effects would be vertical I think. I'm not sure which way is the correct way
  9. Since I'll likely be getting a new case and a set of corsair QL RGB fans I would like to know what the correct orientation for the bottom fans in cases such as the Lian li o11. Should the corsair logo be facing towards you or should it be facing towards the rear of the case?
  10. As you can see it has been stated that ARGB will not be supported. It would be very nice to have but it will not be coming any time soon if ever.
  11. Issue: iCUE does not drop off and continues using the GPU even after closing the window if it is reopened after closing it Version: 3.27.68 Steps to reproduce: Step 1: Launch iCUE Step 2: Close iCUE window Step 3: Open iCUE window Step 4: Observe task manager showing Icue still using GPU I have attached a screenshot showing the issue
  12. I appear to have found a solution to the disappearing system info. You must completely remove the old version by uninstalling and then deleting the corsair folder from program files before installing 3.27. After doing that I now have system info and all stats appear to work correctly.
  13. I have attached the screenshot showing there is no hardware temps or monitoring in dashboard anymore even though there used to be for motherboard, CPU, GPU and HDD
  14. Are the system stats and temps supposed to be removed? they are gone after upgrading from 3.25.60 to 3.27.68 I have heard that the system monitoring service caused problems on ryzen but it seems bit extreme to completely remove them with no option to keep them enabled.
  15. That's good to hear. Hopefully you have some experience and could figure out how to create one as there doesn't seem to be much info on it.
