  1. I had the same issue with the update to v4 and stating my Dark Core RGB Pro had a firmware update. Back to 3.x until they can fix v4. But now when I put my PC to sleep, sometimes my MM800 RGB Mouse Pad won't shut off or my mouse freezes up! Crazy how they released such buggy software!!
  2. Like so many other posts here, iCue update to v4.11.274 and constantly keeps crashing! It's completely unusable. Said I had a firmware upgrade for my mouse, yet could never install it. Put v3 back on and it works great - but no firmware upgrade notice. I hope the Corsair developers are reading this forum and seeing all the issues users are having with this! It's like this was never tested appropriately and such a shame from a company like Corsair. Hopefully they'll release a new version very soon with many of these complaints fixed!!
  3. Ever since I've upgraded to iCUE v3.3.103, my Corsair Dark Core RGB will NOT remember it's LED settings. I have it set to a solid color and when I start up my PC or wake it from sleep, it keeps coming up in the random rainbow mode. How do I fix this?
  4. Corsair Engineering - currently iCue has a feature to "Enable Power Savings" on the Dark Core RGB mouse in the Settings menu. Checking this turns of the LEDs on the mouse. Would you please implement the same technique when the computer is put to sleep so that the mouse LEDs will turn off? I use the Dark Core RGB (plugged in all the time) and when I put my PC to sleep, all of my Corsair RGB devices turn off except the Dark Core RGB mouse. The LEDs at night are very bright. I believe this can be accomplished through your software/firmware. Thank you for your consideration. Kind Regards
