Please help to release new firmware to fix this issue.

I already did this, but it didn't help.

I bought the K63 wireless keyboard today. I installed the latest iCUE software and upgraded to the latest 3.08 firmware. I use this keyboard for a few hours, wirelessly. There have been four or five crashes, the lights on the keyboard all turn off, and when I press the keys there is no response. I have to turn off the keyboard and turn back on for it to work again. When I found out abou the problem, I turned off the sleep function in the iCUE software and turned off the LED function. But it didn't help, the same problem happened again. I noticed that the power indicator is white, indicating that the battery has enough power. How can I solve this problem, or do I have to wait for a new firmware release?
