Yep same problem for me, I can make the issue happen by 1) plugging in a USB device (iPhone 6+ does it each time) and 2) when i run Kodi 18 RC3 (0r RC2) If I close iCUE, the problem goes away but my mouse and keyboard, both Corsair, are featureless... Corsair Ticket #811245
