  1. Mine worked with new BIOS, first one and tied everyone ever!!! Sounds like this last update has got closer to a fix and some may work now others seem to work with your idea, great news :)
  2. Latest Hero Viii BIOS is working, 2 reboots and XMP profile enabled!!! MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO-ASUS-1902.CAP Not holding my breathe but this may be a turning point!
  3. Totally agree, promising to keep us updated and not responding will end up with a lot of people remembering and going elsewhere. Not good customer service, plain and simple. I would be happy with updates even if it was not a fix.
  4. Well 1701 takes a backwards step. Still XMP not working but not a surprise and now 3000Mhz fails boot on manual, have to set to 2800........ Rubbish hardware.
  5. Can admin please now put details of how we RMA the dodgy RAM back and get a refund. It would be nice to get an official response after the promises have failed to make any updates at all.
  6. Thanks, I won't bother wasting anytime trying it then! Typical really and no updates as was promised........ This may go on a while and the more people that see the negative posts will most likely be put off buying poorly produced hardware.

  11. OK so at this point, and I would like to know if we can quote BAD memory does not work. Or Bad motherboard does not support main stream memory. Now either is acceptable as is.................. However neither seems to want to own up to the issue, anyway in all my time in computing this is a poor situation for some major players. Guys sort it out and stop messing about as this must be embarrassing given the fact that this is your bread and butter. Sort it, no lame excuses and provide some feedback as promised and not delivered! Why? 2 mins to reply and give an update, poor, substandard and well below what is expected of a major player in IT.
