  1. I’ve got this board, barely used compared to other ones I still have. I’m super careful with my gear, I’ve got over 70% of my keys with cracks or fractures, several completely broken including replacement 5 keys they sent. I resubmitted my ticket with pics, I’m under 2 yrs with this. Here’s the absolute garbage response I received. “After reviewing the issue with the keycaps. The amount of broken keycaps is in line with wear and tear usage of the keycaps. Wear and tear is not part of warranty policy. You can review our warranty policy from our website: http://www.corsair.com/support/warranty” This is NOT normal wear and tear, look at how many other people have the same issue! I’ve had a slew of other boards, never a broken key cap. Decide to pony up to a supposedly nice board from Corsair...thinking my great experience with their other products would fare similar results. TOTALLY Disappointed!
  2. Okay, WAAIIT a minute! Why are we thinking about having to opt for the PBT Key Set for $49.99 after what clearly appears a manufacturing quality issue? For a board costing $159.99 US, these are the keys that should have come with the board in the first place! http://www.corsair.com/en-us/corsair-gaming-pbt-double-shot-keycaps-black I've NEVER broken a key on a board, but on this one, I've had to replace 8. I pulled the rest of them and 75% of them have hairline cracks. Really? I'm not a key masher or anything, very disappointed. It'd be a gracious and smart move for Corsair to send the PBT key set for those that have put in previous tickets, and yet still having broken keys or have a majority with hairline cracks. Pardon the rant friends, but I switched my 'buy cheap, expect cheap' mindset a long time ago.
