  1. After played some games, the coolant temperature stop reading and stuck at one value leading to the fans that run using coolant temperature as source stay at high rpm and don't lower it speed. The problem can't be solved (even using restart ICUE service) unless I'm exit ICUE and open it again.
  2. You can, export the setting and save the config file somewhere else, either locally on your PC not C drive or cloud drive.
  3. Still can't collapse, remove Mural/Scene section on Home tab, what is the point anyway? I guess It just RGB focus no actual function improvement.
  4. Not normal, mine doesn't sound like that. But what kind of 4 pins you plugged your pump in? If your motherboard has plug for CPU_FAN/ W_PUMP, you need to switch it to W_PUMP mode so It force run fully at 12V. If you only has CPU_FAN plug, switch it to DC Mode also change whatever profile for that plug to Max Performance so It run fully at 12V. Your sound like the pump doesn't have enough power so It keep running low=>high and vice versa that cause the trouble and noise.
  5. - The red and green arrow, really wish I can swap those two placement, the first thing I want to look at Home is how my PC working through those Sensors section, the Scenes section It's not like I often change those anyway so I want to move it to bottom, make it swappable like the Dashboard tab. - The yellow section I square them, not really top priority thing need to do because I saw people with usability problem above, but this doesn't look right at all. The image is over-zoom that make the device image broken, It need to be shrink down like 1/4 of the current size would be fine. I seen people with multiple devices on this section and It doesn't look wrong like this, feel like It happen to people with single device only and It's being overlook. Below is how It suppose to look like, the device image size is right.

  7. Just like the title. I'm thinking about picking this cooler up, right now I still using AM4 CPU, I might change to AM5 in the future. Another the question, can someone confirm If you're using the cooler with AM4 socket. Does it easy to remove the pump from the CPU? Especially can you twist the pump head without any problem? I don't like the 4 points mounting because I can't twist the pump for easily disassemble, the only way is wiggle it a little bit and yank, but there still a chance if pull out the CPU out of the socket too. This Capellix use two point stock mounting method, also another reason why I prefer this over the new cheaper option RGB Elite just came out.
  8. I have the same complain about this, even though I already read about unsupported device, but I saw iCUE ask me for a new update I thought It would be another improve version of iCUE v3, but It's not after see the installation progress It's v4 and I'm thinking to myself again, weird, maybe they change the unsupported, but NO.
  9. Use the coolant as temperature source to control your fan speed, It's more efficient than using CPU package temp since Ryzen CPU tend to raise vcore, and frequency very often even a small task can trigger this, the reason cause many people freak out when they saw ryzen idle temp.
  10. * It happen for like 3 version iCUE, I'm not sure If It's hardware relevant or software. Every time It happen, I have to select bring to foreground option to let the speed back to the mode that I set up for it, I always let iCUE run in background and minimize in the taskbar. I plug the pump connector to the option CPU_fan/W_Pump, select W_pump mode and force it to run at max speed in bios setting all the time. Also, do you notice at Device tab in screenshot, my h100i has the number (1) next to it? I have it because the pump itself get disconnect then reconnect back again, at first It show up two device one normal H100i V2 and the other device show up with (1) next to it like that. It mess up somehow that If I change mode like speed and profile It will not change at all. I have to restart my PC, now It work but the normal device H100i V2 is disappeared, the one with the number (1) stay like that forever unless I clean and reinstall the software. Everything work fine except the problem I mention above (*). It doesn't happen very often, let's say If I let my PC run 24/7 of the time, It will happen once a day and very random, the only symptom make me realized that my pump is at low speed is all the Rad's fans ramp up at max speed even on idle.
