  3. Just bought the K100 as well. I have the same problem as you, "Update Failed". So far everything on it is working fine, but the fact that it wont update, and there are tons of messages like this, I'm now just keeping it until I have to return for refund. (Unless I hear something from Corsair that is, but I'm not holding my breath)
  4. Others have noted that the KB will randomly freeze, and send phantom keystrokes as well. When you consider how long this has been ongoing it doesn't bode well for the product. Ive got 12 days left, I'll hang on till then, but if there is nothing from Corsair in that time it'll have to go.
  5. My K95 has been giving me nothing but problems lately so I decided to upgrade to the k100. I have the exact same firmware as yours and I receive the exact same message, "Update Failed". To be certain of the software environment I even installed ICue v4 on a recently built w11 pro machine and tried the keyboard update from that machine, same result. I like the keyboard, but looking online shows this is an ongoing problem since at least August of last year, think this puppy is headed back and I'm gonna buy that Razor KB I was looking at...
  6. This is the 3rd version that does not show the temperature for my Threadripper 2950X. It shows CPU load, but no temps. Wish they would fix...
  7. Anyone else running a thread-ripper CPU having this issue of no Temperature being displayed? I cant get the CPU temp to display for the last two versions...
  8. Mine has been doing this as well from the very first release. It would be nice if Corsair would add a "Save" button and read the config on reboot so we don't have to keep setting it up after the inevitable random dashboard reset.
  9. When will Corsair ever decide to fix the disappearing Dashboard sensor configuration issue?? You can spend the time naming the sensors, re-arranging them to your liking etc... Then after a couple of reboots or sometimes after only one reboot your sensor dashboard will be empty again... It's quite embarrassing. :sigh!:
  10. FWIW - My H100I Platinum and my K95 RGB Platinum are support in ICUE v4, however my old Void Wireless Gaming Headset is not shown inside ICUE v4.

  12. Did you ever get a fix for this? I just purchased and installed the 100I rgb Platinum and it is driving me nuts. So far the only thing that has slowed it down was to turn off all the LED's.
  13. Wow! So glad I found this thread!! I have the H100I RGB Platinum for my Threadripper 2950x and since installing this it has been driving me crazy!! I am now turning off all lighting effects on it to test. This is a fairly expensive cooler to have these connect/disconnect issues. Corsair needs to make this a priority!
