  1. Hi everyone, I got a AX1600i and will be building my new system over the weekend, however I am unsure of the best mounting orientation (and fan mode) for my use case. I would like to use the hybrid fan operation. Should I mount the PSU facing up or down? The case is Meshify 2XL by fractal. It has a dust filter on the bottom. However, it might be possible to mount it with the fan facing up as the shroud is not completely sealed (photo: https://www.fractal-design.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Standard-Studio_Meshify2XL_Black_TGD_Standard_7.-Left-Front-Above_wo_left_side.jpg). The case won't be sitting on a carpet. The ax1600i will power a ryzen 9 5950x in combination with a 3080 Founders Edition. I suspect around 600w usage overclocked and at full load so I doubt that the fan would even start most of the time. Should I be worried about hot air being trapped inside with the fan not spinning (in case of face-down mount)? Thanks!
  2. Will the age be a problem for this unit? Also, thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I remember reading your awesome review of that unit. That actually made me get it. Thank you so much for your efforts and keep on rocking man :headbang:
  3. Hi everyone, I am planning to set up a new machine. I am most likely going to go with either the new ZEN3 or Intel 10900k in combination with an RTX3080. I do plan to overclock everything (with H115i AIO on the CPU). My 5 years old HX750i is driving my current build. I have recently obtained a second hand TX850M that hasn't been used more than 3 months in total. Placing them side by side the HX750i looks like a much beefier, with a lot more connections in comparison to the TX850. Would any of these work for the new build or should I instead go for a new HX850i to keep the peace of mind?
  4. Fresh install of the latest version of Win 10 and latest version of iCUE. I have the K70 lux keyboard plugged into the rear USB3 ports. MB is ASUS Z170 premium with the latest bios. Last year I have experienced the same issue after running the Creator Update and decided to uninstall iCUE and just use Corsair Link for my h115i. However, I have recently replaced my fans with ML RGB and Corsair Link is way too limited when it comes to configuring the lighting node pro compared to iCUE.
