I have the cmk16gx4m2b3000c15 and after i upgraded to bios 3202 from 2003 the XMP profile stopped working properly, I wasn't able to post. I have tried to set the fans to Turbo as mentioned but that did not work either with the XMP enabled. What i did was set the memory timings and voltage manually. From then i tried to boot at 3000 but i couldn't, but at 2900 I could. I did as moonfear mentioned and set the TRFC at 560, now i can boot at 3000mhz but I've yet to test for stability.
