I have Corsair H100i RGB Pro XT and a Commander Pro plugged into my MSI Tomahawk B550 USB headers. The USB would annoyingly disconnect/reconnect frequently. I disabled global c-states (Buildzoid had same issue/solution) and that seems to have fixed the issue. No usb drops for several days now. Not ideal but hopefully AMD will fix the issue soon.

I don't have any advice for your particular problem, but after setting DOCP (XMP) on my Asus Crosshair VII my CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 were setup properly at the advertised settings of DDR4-3200 16-18-18-36-1.35v.
