  1. hi, i'm having a Corsair void RGB usb 7.1 headset. every update to Crosair CUE since version 3.17 is always makes problem to my headset - i lose sound, i lose the surround, and i have all the time with every update to reinstall the software and uninstall my device from device manager and install it again! :mad: can you finally sort this out Corsair !? wtf! this is very annoying

  3. This totally fixed the issue and i can use the latest ICUE 3.18 software now. Thank you very much for this! I wonder though why it's happened in the first place? Some malfunction during the upgrading/installation process to the newer version? or is it some issue with the new version [3.18] of the ICUE software? I really can't tell:roll:

Hi, i have a Corsair VOID RGB USB Gaming headset. since the latest ICUE UPDATE [3.18.77] my headset is not working correctly. i can't hear audio nor record my voice and there is red triangle near my device icon in the ICUE software. i tried multiple times to reboot windows / reinstall - nothing works. was working totally ok with 3.17 [only fix is to uninstall the software and uninstall the headset device from "device manger" and reinstall an older version of ICUE [3.17] which works properly. any help/ideas/ suggestions would be very much appreciated. ty
