Thanks for your reply. No, the triangle didn't go away after restarting the software (and the PC), nor launching manuall.y. However - I have now changed the motherboard as I was experiencing other issues and this problem appears to have gone away now. I have a brand new computer, RGB is the bane of my life right now, especially the iCUE software. I'm using the latest versions (iCUE 5.2.128 / Vengeance DDR5 5.2.128) and I can't do anything with the colours - my DRAM shows the red triangle above it in iCUE. Any ideas please? I've had my headphones like 3 days and today I'm hearing static on all audio (wired USB VOID 7.1). I've tried turning off the surround, changing the EQ - disappointed!!
