  1. I guess, I'd expect them to be able to debug it using their corsair software. Verify it is actually an USB driver failure or the Keyboard. To me when my RMA'd keyboard behaves exactly the same the odds of getting a broken Keyboard twice is kinda low.. Unless there was a bad line which was later fixed but my Vendor supplied me with another one of those bad keyboards they still had stocked up for my RMA... So I am kind of hoping it's just my USB driver... but then it happens on my other systems and on my friend's system, so I am not sure about anything. Did not expect my first Mechanical Keyboard to be such a headache lol... Maybe should not have went with a fancy RGB version. Edit: Support says there is not enough memory on-board to save the OFF state of the winlock key. Edit2: Which does not make any sense since the color is changing slightly and when you use the default one and save it to the keyboard it uses both red and cyan colors...
  2. I have been in conversation with support about my flickering keys. I guess I can add that as well. I think they will suggest another RMA :(:
  3. I did it and now it works half. The "On" color will successfully show the right color when saved to device. The off color is pure white no matter what I set it to in the software and save after I set it to something. Actually, the OFF state becomes the color I choose it + white. So if I set it to RED the color will be white with a red-ish tint. If I set it to Green the color becomes white with a tint of Green. Kinda becomes my chosen color + white added to it. [ame] [/ame]
  4. Nothing intense, just it happens like every minute or 2. I could try with some PCI-E USB slots I guess. Though they won't run any other drivers than the standard Windows drivers driving my current motherboard USB ports. I can save the lighting options, but it saves it for everything except for the Windows Lock Key at the upper right of the Strafe (Next to the brightness button).
  5. Yes, I've tried it on 3 different systems, all with the same problem. Both my previous Keyboard and the new keyboard I got from RMA (same keys, same frequency). I guess it only functions 100% with brand new USB controllers? One other simple question, is it normal that saving your profile to the Corsair Strafe does not safe the Windows Lock Key at the right top? This one is always bright white/bright cyan unless CUE is running.
  6. Thanks, it seems the option does not exist for the Strafe RGB.
  7. Where is the option to disable the 16.8M color mode in the latest Corsair CUE software? I occasionally have LED flickering on my Corsair RGB Strafe.
  8. Toggle Lights - Allow you to press a key and having certain keys be lit. - Toggle for Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock. - While holding down a key, certain keys are lit up (i.e. showing shortcuts, hold Ctrl lights up Z, X, C, V, A or hold down ALT lights up TAB, SHIFT). It would be very nice for certain game profiles, when entering a menu the keys that are applicable in that menu are lit or get a different color. The option should have a 'while held' option and 'on released' option. That way you can light the keys up while holding down the designated key and they stay lit until you release the key, on which you can have a smooth gradient smother the light. Ambilight - Apply average color on screen to keyboard. - Apply color on screen to keyboard as some kind of image. - Read Monitor, foreground application, specific application, region. - Saturation options, so lighter shades of red displayed on the screen still apply a full red light on the keyboard. - Fullscreen DirectX support? I know there's a third party SDK that can do this with Corsair, but it doesn't support the brightness and window lock keys. So would be nice to have it.
