  1. as I have stated, I had already uninstalled it and reinstalled it along with trying the repair. The last reinstall was just an hour ago. I've reinstalled it with no scaling and with scaling on. I've rebooted every time. Also, between every reinstall, I went through the registry keys to make sure everything was cleaned up. But we really shouldn't have to be going into these settings and changing these things in the first place. There's some stuff in the logs that I saw that may be part of the problem and someone may be able to diagnose it.
  2. I just tried your suggestion and there has been no change in behavior. I've tried "Overriding the high DPI scaling behavior" with all 3 options; Application, System, and System (enhanced). Thanks for replying!
  3. I'm glad you got yours to work but I'm still having the same issue on my triple 4k monitor setup. I've tried repairing and also reinstalling. Scaling is usually set to 150%. In the past this was never an issue, it's just been within the past few updates. When at 150%, I can't resize, drag, or move. Additionally, at any scale.. when I click on the iCue icon in the system tray to close it, the menu pops up on the top left corner of the screen. Anyone else experience this? Attached is 3 photos of 100, 125, and 150 scales and I have also attached logs logs.zip
  4. Why would this program try to contact ip address 5.196.26.58 out of port 80 frequently? I don't see a need. Also, I have Windows 10 and have the same experience as others. It would be nice for this to be resolved or, if you no longer have interest in this project, could you make it open source so that one of us can pick up where you left off? Thanks
