Based on D9XPD print on the chips leads me to only one part number, which then is supposed to be B die then. So far is stable at 16-20-17-20-34-54 @ 1.47V CR1 with a very bad tRFC of 550, I can probably do 530 but 500 is no bueno.

@c-attackthnaks for replying. Yes, thaiphoon burner was the 1st thing I tried, but the last char which is what identify the ICs is a "?" as in MT40A2G8??-093E:?.

@c-attackwould you happen to know what IC are used on the mentioned dominator? it is version 3.44, I can see it's Micron (thaiphoon burner), but I have no idea what die is. These are the chip (which then seems to me spectek)
