  1. Nope I do not have any sensor data on the margin of the home page, the "sensors" section is there but it doesn't display any data. I'll probably just do the clean reinstall.
  2. I read in iCUE 5's release notes that they're making it more lightweight by not including parts of the program that are not necessary for all the connected devices to function. And when a new device is added iCUE will add the necessary modules for that device. Could the missing sensors be a side effect of this?
  3. I found the cpuid process in iCUE's folder, it's not completely gone, so maybe something prevents it from starting. Could it be another program monitoring the sensors and conflicting with iCUE in some way? I have Armoury Crate and AMD Software installed and both of them have some type of sensor monitoring going on. I'm trying to rule every other possible culprit because I kinda hate having to reinstall iCUE and having to set up plugins etc.
  4. Hey all, a few days ago I updated iCUE to version 5.2.128 and after rebooting and completing the installation all the sensors were showing up in the homepage and dashboard. However now, I noticed there are no sensors in the homepage anymore and the little "+" button is greyed out. When I go to customize the dashboard, there are no sensors there either, just my peripherals. Even in the settings there's no "sensors" section which I think was there the day I updated iCUE. Another thing I noticed today, in task manager there used to be a corsair service that had "cpuid" in its name and that service is also missing now. I think this entire issue has to do with that service not working. Has anyone experienced simular behavior? Any possible solutions?
  5. UPDATE: Search Bar fixed itself, the text is now displayed in the correct language.
  6. I read that post too and I checked those same settings they're referring too. The locale setting matches my country and just about every other language or location setting is set to Greek. Maybe it's something to do with EU laws.. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
  7. Nothing was changed in the time and language settings, I even checked location settings and they're all correct. It's only the text in the search bar that says "Type here to search". Even stranger is the fact that when I open up search or start menu and the text in the search bar changes to just "search" it's displayed in the correct language. My system display language is set to Greek btw.
  8. Hello everyone, yesterday I updated iCUE to the latest version and everything went smoothly there was no issues with the update. However uppon rebooting my system to complete the update, I noticed the text inside the search box on the taskbar is now displayed in English instead of the selected Windows display language. Thankfully the search results are still in the correct language, it's only the "Type here to search" text that has been affected. Given that this occured right after completing the iCUE update, there has to be some setting in the registry or something that was changed during the update. I have checked all language and location settings after the update and non of them has been changed so it has to be something in the registry. It's really strange too like, why does iCUE need to mess with specific language settings? Anyway, has anyone experienced anything like this after updating to iCUE 5.x?
  9. I've been experiencing exactly the same issue since I got an HS60 Pro headset. Have you found any solution?
  10. I have iCUE 3.38.61 installed and can't update because my mouse (Sabre RGB) is not supported in iCUE 4. Last month I got a Corsair HS60 Pro headset and since then, I've discovered what seems to be a bug, regarding the way iCUE automatically switches between profiles. When launching a game, iCUE successfully switches to the profile I have set for that game. However sometimes (I'd say 4 out of 10) iCUE causes audiodg.exe to crash. How I found out? One day I was playing GTA 5 and at some point minimized the game to check Discord and after switching back to GTA, all in-game sounds where muted. All other sounds worked fine except GTA. I fixed it by restarting the game. After looking at event viewer data I found out audiodg.exe had crashed. After reproducing the issue a few times, I came to the conclusion that there's a small chance for it to occur whenever iCUE is auto-switching from one profile to another. Also, without checking the event viewer it's kinda hard to tell if audiodg.exe has crashed or not, since most sounds and programms are not affected, with the exception of GTA 5 and Discord (if on a call/voice channel I have to leave and join again). Also there are two variants of this problem. In the first one the exception code in event viewer is 0xc0000005 and the faulting module path is C:\Windows\system32\9EarsSurroundSound.dll and in the second one, the exception code is 0xc0000374 and the faulting module path is C:\Windows\system32\ntdll.dll. I hope this information can help fix this problem in a future update for legacy software/devices.
  11. I have a Sabre RGB Optical mouse, it's like the only mouse not supported in iCUE 4 lol. Also I did go through the release notes but didn't find anything about profile switching or sound issues, maybe they didn't mention it because it's not very wide spread who knows. About restarting games, I already tried the solution you suggested but it didn't work. I was thinking about trying an older version of iCUE to see if it fixes it. Is there a way you could provide me like a link or something because I can't find any previous versions anywhere.
  12. Hello everyone, I recently bought a Corsair HS60 Pro headset and I've been very happy with it so far. However, there's a small and rare issue regarding (I think) Corsair's software/drivers. Sometimes when running GTA 5 all sounds stop for a second when I minimize the game. The most annoying part is that the game's audio remains muted, I actually have to restart the game to fix it. It also happened once after launching Minecraft, but in that case the sound came back so I didn't have to restart the game. According to event viewer it's always AUDIODG.exe that crashes. Also there's a pattern between exception codes and faulting modules. When the exception code is 0xc0000005 the faulting module path is C:\Windows\system32\9EarsSurroundSound.dll and when the exception code is 0xc0000374 the faulting module path is C:\Windows\system32\ntdll.dll. The issue only occurs when iCUE is automatically switching from one profile to another, which of course happens when launching or minimizing a game. Also the higher the load on the system the more likely it is to occur. I'm running iCUE 3.38.61 I can't update to iCUE 4 because my mouse is not supported. Has anyone else had any similar problems with Corsair headsets and software?
  13. At least there could be a warning window about the unsupported products before starting the update. Right after updating I had to uninstall it and install the older version to get my sabre working again come on...
  14. This problem started with version 3.36 and is still present with this version. Certain lighting effects are not played smoothly on my keyboard, instead they seem to lag/stutter a bit. The problem becomes more noticeable while running a game: everytime there's a frame drop, the keyboard lighting lags too. Lighting effects that have more movement in them (waves, ripples, visor, etc.) are the ones affected by this issue. I tried reinstalling iCUE, but nothing changed.
