  1. Now this crappy software changes DPI on me out of nowhere? I set everything to 1000.. I only have one hardware profile set. In the middle of a Counter Strike game all of the sudden everything is changed to 3500.
  2. I logged off and on Windows 10 (I think) and it's back. It stayed for a few days and just up and disappeared out of nowhere again. Logging off and on Windows brings it back.
  3. I have an Ironclaw mouse. I have Windows 10. No problems as of lately, but I think something happened to my Samsung m.2 drive (or the m.2 port on my motherboard). I saved my data, the drive still worked, but after cleaning the drive I couldn't get Windows 10 to install on it. I gave that up and bought an SSD. I have a freshly installed Windows 10 with hardly anything installed. Anti-virus, Steam, Counter Strike, my headset software, Photoshop / Premiere, and iCue pretty much. I've had things up and running a few days now. I leave my computer running and just sign out when I'm not home. Running the latest iCue 4. I'm home for a few hours tonight. Watching YouTube, then go to play Counter Strike. Out of nowhere my mouse slows down. The thumb back button on my mouse isn't doing anything. Find out iCue disappeared! Where the heck did it go? Looked in Avast antivirus, nothing in the chest or anything. I go to my Downloads folder where I have the install file.. double click and it asks me Uninstall or repair! It seems iCue is still installed. I tried to install 3.88.88 and it says a newer version of iCue is already installed.
  4. I'm just curious if something like screens on the H510i use up CPU or something? I am building a new system soon, and like the sceen, but wouldn't want to impact performance even the slightest.
  5. Nice support. Guess nobody from the company comes here anymore, nor did they answer my email.
  6. I have had an Ironclaw RGB mouse for awhile now with no issues. Out of nowhere the middle mouse button stopped working sometimes, then stopped working completely. I went out to buy a new mouse Corsair Harpoon and it has the same issue. If you close iCue it works again, even the old mouse. I updated to latest 3.38.88 and still have the same issue. Does anyone have a fix? I just emailed support. I use the middle mouse button DAILY. It's one of my keybinds in game. Windows 10 64-Bit.
  7. You never even said what product you have.
  8. I've had the Void Wireless for years. It's the most comfortable headset I've ever worn. I sometimes use it for 6 or 7 hours a day because my PC is my only soure of entertainment.. it serves as my television, my gaming rig, etc. So I decided to finally try the Pro out because it's $59.99 and my old Wireless, while works fine, the USB charging cable is a little beat up. Soundwise, this is the same as the Void. Kind of sounds like everything is in a tunnel. Bass heavy. Only difference in this headset is the mic I think and honestly it's not much of a change to make me care. If you're after a decent 7.1 headset that's super comfortable and a good price grab this. If you're like me wanting to upgrade to something better sound wise, I'd look for something more expensive. These aren't going to satisfy your needs. These are going back tomorrow. I'll live with my frayed USB cord a little longer, or get a replacement, and hold out for a better headset. Maybe I'll get something with a separate DAC. Who knows. So many people recommend this, or recommend that, it's hard to make a decision. I can say, I'll most likely stay away from Sennheiser. They took forever to respond to my email asking questions, and they didn't fully answer me, then the second time I emailed them no response at all.
  9. I have the Ironclaw RGB. I tried to setup an action to switch profiles or DPI Toggle. Doesn't seem to do anything. Also, on the Default Profile it lists "Sniper" as 400 DPI. How the heck do I even use it?
  10. Why would you not have iCue installed? It's used to change how your headset sounds, shows how much it's charged, and is used to update the firmware on your headset. Without it the headset sounds like crap and you can't tell how much charge is left exactly. My Void Wireless works fine. I am on Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. Also, any exchanges I've had with tech support never showed up on the forums. If you say it takes so long for them to respond, why didn't you just call them? I've spoken to them on the phone before.
  11. I saw a headset today with a removable magnetic mic. I guess it works via Bluetooth. I would say 90% of the time I am not gaming and have the mic up and tucked behind the headset so it doesn't fall down in front of my mouth (it stopped staying up a long time ago). Would also be good if the mic breaks I can just replace it. Also, you could make it attachable on either ear. Unfortunately I can't remember where I saw it, not that I want to switch anyway.
  12. Hey there.. restarted my computer and it started working again.
  13. Yes, Enable Voice Prompts is checked.
  14. Also I just realized since there's no voice prompts I can't tell when the headset is low on power and it just shut off on me. :(
  15. Corsair Void Wireless SE. Updated to CUE 2.24.50 awhile ago. Today (yesterday too I believe) the voice prompts are not working (mic on/off, charging, etc). So I can't tell if the mic is on or off.. or if the headset comes on or off. This is a problem because the only real issue I've had since I have had the unit is that it doesn't always connect. Press power button, it would make do do do noise then nothing. Then you'd power off, back on and hope it connects again.
