  1. Where have you installed your radiator? We've installed H115is in our builds with no issues. Post up a picture of your setup.
  2. A quick google post shows that someone else was able to install that cooler into our 750D case. https://imgur.com/a/0ti7Z#S458ysj
  3. Thank you for your feedback! We'll look into it for future products. The reasoning for this was to ensure that the HDDs did not overheat. We designed it so that the cage has the best airflow. We'll see what we can do in future cases. That control unit is to control fan LIGHTING. It controls both SP120 RGB and HD120/HD140 RGB fans. The three button controller is the lighting mode, color change, and mode speed (rate of flashing / transition). This is all covered in the manual. The offset is to allow for the fans to fit and to prevent hitting memory. This has been an issue in the past with earlier generation of cases, where if you wanted to have tall ram and a radiator with fans on top, they would get in the way of each other. We fixed that by going with this positioning and allows users the freedom to do both. Yes, we understand this prevent proper alignment with the front fans, but we wanted to give our users more options and the capability to install the components they want. This was a highly requested feature for the past couple of years. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns, let us know.
  4. While this modification of the bracket was done well, we don't recommend it. It will void your HG10's warranty and if not done correctly, may cause you some issues. Please do so at your own risk and we are not liable for any damages that may occur before, during, or after the installation of the modded bracket.
  5. Hello Steve, As much as it pains me to say, it won't fit easily, even with slight modifications. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns, please let us know!
  6. Hello there! Unfortunately, your card is a custom board design and not designated to work correctly with our HG10 bracket. This bracket is meant for reference size 970 series. The screw holes on your board do not match the reference design PCB.
  7. Most of our units don't have any issues like this. Most of them last for years and years, but very rarely does a problem like this occur. It could also be other factors like possibly a motherboard failure that is causing this or an overheating issue within the graphics card. I don't know what situation happened that led to your issue, but I'm just stating a few instances of what could have happened. Typically, this isn't a widespread issue out of the many units that we ship, so once you get your replacement, you shouldn't encounter it again.
  8. The light is definitely supposed to light up. Seems like it's a defective unit. Please fill out an RMA!
  9. Hi there! This appears to be an issue with the PSU. I, and several of us here at CORSAIR, have built many rigs that included these, none of them have burned out. However, I've personally built just as many and I've seen this happen several times, it always points out to the PSU cable and/or the PSU itself. Seeing as you connected two different units using two different cables, it's definitely the PSU itself as it appears to have malfunctioned. If it is a CORSAIR power supply, please contact our support and we'll get you sorted!
  10. Hello there! I'd like to assist you with diagnostics before I suggest you get it replaced. I'd like for you to record some video (if you can) of when this event happens again. This time, stop your fans from moving by pressing against the center of the blades. I have a rousing suspicion that it might actually be one of the case fans that is doing this as I've personally heard this sound before. It's the sound when a rifle bearing fan's lubricant dries out somehow and grinds against the blade center.
  11. The only compatible CORSAIR RAM with that cooler is LPX. Everything else will be too tall for it and you'll have to make adjustments to the fan on either shifting it upwards or placing the other fan on the other side.
  12. So the NH-D15 is 165mm and the maximum CPU cooler height in the 750D is 180mm. You'll definitely have plenty of room for it.
  13. I had to build a system like this for COMPUTEX 2017 and my solution was a pair of Lighting Node Pros. This was before the Commander Pro was released so I only had a pair of those to work with. One Lighting Hub has 6 fans on it and plugged into LNP Channel #1, then the second Lighting Hub with 2 fans on it plugged into LNP Channel #2.
  14. XT is the previous generation. XTi is the newest generation. XT is more expensive because it has reached end of life and thus, lacking in stock. As all EOL products, they shoot up in price.
