  1. Mind providing a screenshot of the entire iCUE window displaying the issue you are describing?
  2. You will not be able to import profiles that were made and saved in iCUE 3 into iCUE 4. There are lots of helpful videos on our YouTube page linked below and also lots of helpful articles at help.corsair.com that explain how to utilize iCUE 4 in relation to setting up macros and such. https://www.youtube.com/c/CORSAIRHowTo
  3. I have reached out to our support team regarding your ticket and you should be receiving a reply shortly. In the mean time based on the description of your issue in the ticket we would advise that you discontinue use of the PSU.
  4. First just to be clear the H150i RGB Pro cooler is not compatible with the LGA1700 socket, or the LGA1700 retrofit kit. Have you tested the cooler on the previous systems to see if the issues persist when the cooler is being used on a socket that it is compatible with?
  5. That is definitely not normal and needs to be replaced. If you reach out to our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com they will be happy to help with that.
  6. Based on your motherboard specifications it only supports a maximum 64GB of system memory in a 4x16GB configuration. The kit in question is not going to be compatible with your system.
  7. Do the actions work when the keyboard is directly connected to the USB on the physical machine instead of going through the KVM?
  8. Take a screenshot of the window that pops up when you click on the Customize Dashboard icon from the Dashboard window, and then attach it to a reply so we can see what you are seeing. Also just to make sure, are you accessing the computer and iCUE via a VM or remotely? And are you running any other software at the same time that acts as a hardware monitoring tool/software?
  9. What exactly are you plugging the USB for the keyboard into in order to connect it to your system? Is it the USB on the back of the physical motherboard? Or are you using some sort of USB hub/switch of some kind? Have you tested to see if the issues persist on another system?
  10. What exactly are you plugging it into? And are you using the cable that was provided with the headset? The USB cable is purely for charging and firmware updates when initiated via ICUE, other than that it does not transfer any data between the computer and headset and would not be doing anything other than being charged by the computer.
  11. The Void Pro RGB wireless headset, and all of our other headsets for that matter, do not have a microphones that retracts into the headset. Are you sure you are referencing the correct headset? If you are referring to the microphone flipping up and out of the way and the mic not auto muting you will need to contact our support team directly by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com
  12. If the resets and forced firmware update did not resolve your issues you will need to reach out to our support team directly by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com and they will be happy to further assist.
  13. iCUE only supports integration with the JCORSAIR header that MSI has implemented on some of their boards.
  14. Make sure your BIOS and all drivers are fully updated, and then perform a clean uninstall and install of the iCUE software by following the instructions in the link below. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-
  15. When the issues are occurring after setting the effects as you wish, are you using the keyboard Wireless, or is it plugged in via the USB cable?
