I did not appear either, but I did what I did and now the sensor does not work for me, that's why it's better to wait for a response from the support.

the same happens to me. I downloaded 1.06 FW For Scimitar and managed to update the mouse to 2.04 but the sensor has stopped working and I can not move the cursor, all the buttons work but I can not move the mouse.

Update the icue and my scimitar pro rgb and then, the sensor of the mouse stop working...How to fix it? I try to restart to default but still not working, cant move the cursor. Pls help!
