  1. Hello and my first time here, I own the Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE Gaming Headset and the ST100 Strand, always had the headset and wireless dongle plugged into the ST100 stand to charge the headset and use it wirelessly, never had an issue. In the past two weeks, the PC upgrade was done, prior to this my Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE Gaming Headset worked great and the mic audio was sounding great, after re-installing the latest iCUE as pictured below, my headset would not pair it sat at the pairing screen for over 20 min, I uninstalled iCUE via uninstall programs -> rebooted -> installed iCUE -> pair Headset -> no joy again just the message "pairing will begin soon" (NOT) -> uninstalled Latest iCUE -> reboot -> Installed older ICUE pictured below -> Headset Paired "instantly I did not even get to click the pair button" -> took for granted all was okay, recorded game video with commentary. The Mic audio sounded like crap static, garbled completely unusable! -> Uninstalled Realtek drivers & device-> rebooted -> reinstalled Realtek device & drivers -> Still mic audio sounded like crap -> Uninstalled the older iCUE -> rebooted -> Installed latest iCUE -> Mic Audio still sounded like crap -> tried using Astro A50 Wireless -> sounded good = Not Garbled nor any static in mic audio. I then plugged the dongle into the PC bypassing the ST100 -> Audio still sounded like crap, so I tried OBS and Audacity (I have many test recordings) I then plugged the Headset directly via USB to the PC -> tested via OBS & Audacity -> mic Audio sounded Great, then I plugged the headset back into the ST100 via USB only (wireless dongle disconnected) and same thing Audio sounded Great in OBS "due to VST plugins" and sounded good in Audacity. I then disabled the onboard Audio and installed the eClarro from HT Omega and did all the above tests again but without swapping the old and new iCUE app versions, the reason being it did not matter, the old or new iCUE = crap mic audio, so I thought let's try a fiscal Audio card, still no joy, mic audio is crap via wireless. I attached the screenshots to show what was downloaded and tried as well as the device manager to show what is being shown as installed. So my next step is to ask here while I wait to hear if Corsair will do a repair or exchange that is if a warranty is still in place, I bought these back in 2021, what If I were to remove all items related to my headset via the device manager (that is what is left after following the another uninstall via add / remove programs. ? Could this be an option to correct things, or has the wireless part of the headset just given out ie; died?
