  1. It's not very active and kind of "dead" for a few weeks now... And agreed, there's no more result of the weekly contest after the first week that's sad :/
  2. I have the same problem. It happens every 10/12 minutes, especially when I was using Skype. I had to go in the CUE program to click somewhere to cancel the auto-shutdown. I have notification on, and the voice was warning me that the auto-shutdown was initiated every time. You'll find attached the logs in case that helps. Feel free to contact me by MP if needed. I use Windows 10 64 bits, CUE program up to date and firmware too. 2016-02-25T21-05-58.zip
  3. Hello, I have the headset for a few days only, and yet I'm affected by the auto-shutdown bug. I was discussing on Skype and it occurred like 8 times in an hour. Everytime this happens, I have to fire up the CUE program and click on the "Surround" button for example to cancel the auto-shutdown... The USB receiver is plugged on an USB 3 port on my motherboard, and my configuration is in my profile. Hope you fix it soon. That's really annoying as that makes the headset nearly unusable!
