Can anyone help? I still have the same issue after multiple updates of CUE since. Tried resetting memory on K95 several times and deleting & reloading profiles to no avail. I cannot even get the CUE software to light the keyboard up at all unless i use the 'instant lighting' function

Hi. I updated my icue software yesterday and since then all my rgb profiles are not displaying on my k95 keyboard. I have reset the keyboard to no avail. The profiles are stored on my keyboard as they are working when I turn the computer on, however as soon as I log on all the rgb goes off. I've tried multiple things in icue but nothing works. All other items controlled on icue work today fine through commander pro etc etc
