  1. I have this same problem and it is repeatable when running the Windows Store Netflix app. I can't get more than 45 minutes into a movie before the freeze occurs. It sucks because this is the only way to get surround sound with Netflix on PC. I'm not sure it's an iCue problem as sometimes no errors appear in Reliability History. This started maybe 3 weeks ago and happened again last night when trying to use the Netflix app for that sweet surround sound. Edit: In my specs I am using Cooler Master AIO, this problem began before switching from h115i Pro to this cooler recently. The problem occurred 1x for me immediately after I switched to Edge browser to run Netflix and also while watching videos on youtube but has not happened since initially disabling hardware acceleration in Edge and again after reenabling it in Edge and using Netflix in browser. Task manager might be able to be opened but not actually used. Windows Start menu can be opened, Power options can be seen but selecting does nothing. Hovering mouse cursor over system tray icons causes all but iCue and Windows system icons to disappear. Hardware level reboot is required, upon reboot Radeon Software is reset to factory settings, GPU OC/UV settings are reset. My specs: Windows 10 Pro (always up to date, no insider builds), X470-F, 2700X, 5700 XT, iCue V4 (for Vengeance Pro RGB, K70 MK2 SE and Lighting Node Pro for 3x LL120 fans), CM MasterPlus (for ML240R AIO and 5x SickleFlow V2 fans, MM831, MM711 and MM720 mice). Gradually in the process of moving away from Corsair ecosystem.
  2. Ok, we'll try this a second time. The link posted by Corsair Notepad is for this thread, no steps to try.
  3. The link posted is to this thread. Can you please add the correct link?
  4. In my case all iCue profiles default and created remain, but custom fan curves disappear and applied fan and pump curves for all profiles default and created revert to default which now seems to be Quiet for all devices. It seems very similar to what Macro users are seeing with macros constantly vanishing and needing to be created from scratch. I have not setup any macros with my latest K70 MK2 SE so can't confirm. I have h115i Pro and lighting node only, no commander core or pro and am not getting any USB disconnects. I am getting odd OS freezes only when using any version of Netflix where my iCue devices that are all dark suddenly light up to their hardware modes, the start menu works when pressing Win key, task manager can open but actions including power>reset, shutdown don't work and a hard reset is required. No problems with benchmarks, games, memory errors and OCCT pushing 500W. When this occurs my iCue profiles and fan curves remain as I set them upon hard reboot, I only raise this detail because the iCue service appears to stop working during the freeze.
  5. I have been having this same problem with the most current and previous version of iCue, both before and after a very recent clean Win10 Pro clean install with one version of all current drivers. It happens at random. I usually only used the balanced fan profile for daily use but after swapping to a new case used the included fans for push/pull on the h115i Pro and created a new fan profile so the new LianLi fans match the speed of the Corsair AIO fans at all temperature changes, so it's possible the problem existed before. However, the Default profile is also switching all 3 performance settings of the AIO to Quiet when this occurs and I don't ever remembering that happening in the past. Was Quiet ever the default for both fans and pump on the h115i Pro RGB?
  6. For real this time? This problem has only been discussed by many users since at least as far back as March of 2020 in these forums: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=194549 Also, the (1) showing after device names is still happening. I hadn't seen the issue in over a year until the update just before this latest version, showing for my h115i pro AIO only.
  7. F21 looks good for 3900X, I wouldn't go to F30 as that has the latest AGESA update for Ryzen 5000 CPUs which may be fine but I would give that time for other Ryzen 3000 users to verify no problems first. Edit: Also check for latest chipset drivers for X570 from AMD's site, they are always ahead of the motherboard manufacturers with the latest chipset drivers that are the same for all X570, not just Gigabyte. These are just updated from within Windows, not in the BIOS. You can also try plugging the pump into an external USB port using a USB to micro USB data cable, like from a smartphone, to verify the stock USB cable isn't bad.
  8. You can check motherboard BIOS version from Windows, in search bar System Information, System Information > BIOS Version/Date. Alternatively, upon restarting your computer keep pressing the DEL key while its booting to access the BIOS. The BIOS should open after the Gigabyte splash screen unless the PC builder disabled that splash screen. The BIOS version should be displayed on the opening page. There will be an option to update the BIOS over the internet within the BIOS or manually within the BIOS after downloading the BIOS file from a web browser in Windows from Gigabyte's website in the support section for your model motherboard. This is an easy process but if you've never done so reading the motherboard manual is advised. I have never owned a Gigabyte motherboard and don't know the exact terminology for their BIOS update procedure but the process is the same ofr any modern boards. If you have not accessed the BIOS before its possible some USB ports are disabled but that is usually not the default; they are usually all turned on and this can be verified within the BIOS in advanced settings. You can check to see the latest BIOS available from Gigabyte's website in the Support section and compare that to your current version. The Platinum coolers existed before X570 boards, so there should be less need for such updates but any request for support will usually ask if the BIOS is up to date.
  9. Ok, so pump USB cable plugged into MOBO USB header, fans plugged into fan splitter to pump, pump 3-pin plugged into CPU_FAN header, pump SATA plugged into PSU SATA cable. Try disabling iCUE in Startup apps; Task Manager > Startup tab > Rightclick-iCUE > Disable, reboot and check device manager, then start iCUE manually and check device manager and iCUE to see if the Corsair USBXp driver appears for the pump. Is BIOS up to date? Edit: Corrected incorrect "pump 4-pin" to "pump 3-pin" cable.
  10. Which version of h100i cooler? Is it plugged into an internal USB 2.0 port? Does it appear in Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers > Corsair USBXp Driver > Properties > Details tab > Device Description = Corsair h100i (model)? Edit: I just realized you have the Platinum cooler in the thread description, so it does use USB.
  11. I have the h115i Pro and have always had the following pump speeds since 2018, with up to date firmware: Quiet - 1140 RPM Balanced - 2130 RPM Extreme - 2850 RPM Balanced and Quiet are almost discernable in noise level, Extreme can be heard at idle with no other background noise, front mounted AIO whether tubes up or down.
  12. DriverStoreExplorer, available on GitHub, is a useful utility for removing old drivers that are no longer needed or thought to be fully removed but some remnants remain.
  13. I had a problem with many programs, including latest versions of iCUE, MS Edge browser, MS Weather, Netflix, MS Store, AMD Radeon Settings and more all taking 12-20 seconds to open when all used to open immediately to 3 seconds at most. This all happened when updating to Windows 10 2004 using the Windows Update utility in settings, every time, 3X from May-mid-July. I reverted back to W10 1909 and programs opened quickly. I have since performed a fresh install of Windows 10 2004 using the Windows Media Creation Tool via USB and all programs open quickly again as they always had in 1909 and previous versions of W10.
  14. Wow. That is a horrible response. Lesson learned: Do not accept Corsair products as a gift and do not gift Corsair products to friends and loved ones.
  15. You can choose what system tray icons appear in Windows 10 by right clicking the taskbar, select "Taskbar settings" > "Select which icons appear on the taskbar" > toggle "Always show all icons in the notification area" OFF and then toggle the app icons you want to be always displayed vs displayed when pressing the now appearing taskbar carat button.
